Six Months Since

Six months ago, I was released from a mental health recovery facility in Alameda Co., CA.* This is a post about a few of the successes and setbacks I have experienced since then. It’s a short list. Six months is a long time and yet…well, I feel like I was just released yesterday. But here are a few thoughts.
